• Oversaw all aspects of the Arapahoe County SPLASH group including budget and coordinating outreach efforts with local government agencies, public officials, community groups, resource agencies, HOAs, and watershed groups.
• Conducted IDDE MS4 Permit requirements including investigations, education and outreach, coordination with public safety officials, enforcement of applicable ordinances, and outfall mapping, and record keeping. Oversaw HHW Program.
• Developed and implemented Runoff Control Plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for yards and activities under the Good Housekeeping/Pollution Prevention Program.
• Provided technical reviews and comments on Post-Construction Operation and Maintenance Manuals and conducted Post-Construction inspections and ensured compliance with inspection and maintenance requirements.
